Filming Consent & Terms — D4Driving Free Mock Test

1 · About This Document

This document sets out the terms and conditions of the D4Driving Free Mock Test Programme, operated by D4Driving School of Motoring ("D4Driving", "we", "us"), and the filming consent you provide when you apply.

By ticking the consent box in the application form on www.d4driving.co.uk/mock-test.html you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms set out in this document.

2 · The Offer

D4Driving will provide one free mock driving test to successful applicants, subject to availability. The session will:

Be conducted by Robert (DVSA Approved Driving Instructor, ADI licence number available on request)
Follow the current DVSA marking criteria used in the official practical driving test
Last approximately 40–50 minutes including a debrief
Take place from the Peterborough test centre area only
Be available in manual or automatic transmission

Availability: Sessions take place on alternating Mondays, with a maximum of 3 applicants per session. Acceptance is at D4Driving's sole discretion. Applying does not guarantee a slot.

3 · Filming Consent

In exchange for receiving a free mock test, you give D4Driving your full consent to:

Film the full mock test session, including footage from in-car cameras and any external cameras used
Record your face, voice, driving performance, and any commentary or conversation during the session
Edit and publish the footage on the D4Driving YouTube channel (@d4drivingSOM)
Share clips or excerpts on other D4Driving social media channels including TikTok and Instagram
Use the footage for promotional or educational purposes without restriction on duration

D4Driving retains full copyright and ownership of all footage recorded during the session. You may not claim any fee, royalty, or compensation in connection with the use of this footage.

4 · Your Rights & Protections

Your full home address and any sensitive personal details will not be published
If you wish, your first name only may be used in any video title or description
You may request a copy of any footage in which you appear, subject to a reasonable request
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must co-sign this consent form before the session

D4Driving will handle your personal data (name, contact details, experience level) in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data will only be used to administer the mock test programme and will not be shared with third parties.

5 · No Cash Alternative

The free mock test has no cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for money, lesson credits, or any other benefit. The offer is personal to the applicant and is non-transferable.

6 · Cancellation & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations (under 48 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the slot
D4Driving reserves the right to reschedule at short notice due to instructor availability or vehicle issues
If we cancel, we will offer an alternative date or release you from this agreement with no obligation

7 · No Obligation to Continue

Participation in the free mock test programme carries no obligation to book paid lessons with D4Driving, either before or after the session. You are free to use the feedback however you choose.
